What Is Test Sieve Shaker?

Test sieve shaker is a device for particle size structure and filtration of liquid and solid impurities in granular and powder materials. The whole machine is made of SUS304 (0Cr18ni9) stainless steel, which is stretched and polished. It is corrosion-resistant and can withstand high temperature below 300 ℃. It can screen, filter and detect powders, particles and liquid materials of 0.025mm-3mm.

Type of Test Sieve Shaker

Ultrasonic Test Sieve Shaker: With the addition of ultrasonic device, the screening accuracy is high and the mesh is not blocked, which solves the laboratory screening problems such as clogging of mesh due to agglomeration, static electricity, and strong adsorption materials. Electromagnetic Test Sieve Shaker: Using electromagnetic vibration, the vibration frequency can reach 3000 times/min, the material does not stick to the mesh, the screening is as fine as 20um (635 mesh), and the smallest can reach 5um, which can solve the problem of dry screen blocking of ultra-fine materials.

Screen Material of Test Sieve Shaker

Test Sieve Shaker screen has 4 kinds of materials: metal woven screen, metal punching plate screen, electroforming screen, nylon screen and so on.

Metal woven mesh

The aperture of the mesh is 0.02-2.36mm, and the mesh is square. It is produced in accordance with the national GB5330-85 standard and is equivalent to the international IS09044-90 standard. There are two types of weave structure: plain weave and twill weave.

Features: acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, strong tensile force, good flexibility; wide range of uses, low price.

Metal perforated plate screen

The perforated screen mesh has a large aperture, with round holes and square holes or customized hole types, and the apertures range from 0.2mm to several hundred millimeters.

Features: not easy to deform, strong impact resistance, durable; mostly used for soil, asphalt, coal samples and other testing.

Electroforming screen

Manufactured using electrochemical methods, the precision is extremely high, down to 1 micron.

Features: The screen is fragile and easy to crack, the production process is complex, and the price is high; it is used for the inspection of high-precision laboratory fine powder.

Nylon screen

Made of PVC nylon, used in plastic test sieve shaker, the mesh size is between 10-500 mesh.

How Test Sieve Shaker Works

When the Test Sieve Shaker is working, the vertical vibrating motor is used as the excitation source of the whole machine, and the rotational motion of the motor is converted into three-dimensional motions of horizontal, vertical and inclined, and then the vibration is transmitted to the screen frame through the vibrating plate.
