How Standard Sieves Works

Standard sieves uses YZU vertical vibration motor as the vibration source of the whole machine. The vibration motor drives the upper vibrating disc to vibrate, and then transmits it to the upper screen frame of the vibrating disc through the vibrating disc. The material particles with the aperture of the screen mesh are screened to the lower screen frame. In this way, only the material of the same particle size is left in each screen frame, so as to achieve the separation of different particle sizes and determine the particle size composition of the material, so that the material in the screen frame can be separated. It can effectively play the purpose of filtering, grading and sieving.
