1. Clarify the purpose of your purchase

If you are buying for a laboratory, you must require a standard sieve with exquisite appearance, beautiful appearance and fast mesh, which has been tested by professional testing instruments and meets the standard GBT6003-1997 or international standard ISO3310-1:1990. If you are using it for internal testing in the factory (the product is not exported), you can buy our sample sieve. The main difference between the Slap Type Test Sieve and the sample sieve is whether the mesh meets the standard.

 2. Points to be provided when purchasing

a. What standards need to be provided. (Example: I need a standard sieve that meets the standard GBT6003-1997)

b. Provide mesh size and wire diameter.

c. What materials are tested.

d. Square hole sieve or round hole sieve.

(Please note) Sieves above Slap Type Test Sieve 120# in the standard are braided with copper, if you need stainless steel, please specify.

The standard sieve produced by our factory is Slap Type Test Sieve that conforms to the standard GBT6003-1997 or the international standard ISO3310-1:1990. The sieve frame is made of stainless steel (SUS304), with a diameter of 200mm, a height of 50mm, and a wall thickness of 0.6mm. Copper mesh, stainless steel mesh is used below, if you have special requirements, please let us know in advance.

3. Look for national standards
